X-Men

X-Men is an upcoming superhero feature film produced by Marvel Studios that officially integrates the iconic mutant team into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The standalone project follows Disney's acquisition of 20th Century Fox, bringing classic comic book characters such as Wolverine, Storm, and Professor X under the creative umbrella of Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige.

The ensemble cast features a new generation of performers stepping into classic roles. Kit Connor is reportedly set to play team leader Scott Summers, also known as Cyclops, while Asa Germann has joined the project as the winged hero Angel. Additional actors reported for the cast include Sadie Sink, Adam Driver, Christopher Abbott, and Samara Weaving.

Coverage surrounding the reboot has also addressed online rumors, clarifying that actress Inde Navarrette was never offered a contract to play Rogue in the film. The upcoming movie represents a new chapter for the franchise, which previously featured legacy actors such as Halle Berry in earlier theatrical installments.
