We collect as little as we need to run the site, and we never sell reader data.
What we collect
If you create an account we store your email address and the stories you save or stars you follow. If you sign up for the daily brief we store your email address and the date you confirmed it. If you buy advertising we store your business details, balance and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which stories readers reach. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Newsletter emails are sent only after you confirm your address, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. We do not share subscriber lists.
Your choices
Write to privacy@buzzbeat.tv to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Deleting your account removes your saved stories, follows and subscription.
