Accounts are for individuals. Comments are open to signed-in readers and are screened automatically; we remove abuse, harassment, spam and anything unlawful, and we can close accounts that keep breaking these rules.

Advertising

Advertisers and sponsored content are subject to our advertising disclosure and to approval by the newsroom. Balances bought for advertising are used against served impressions and are non-transferable.
