Nathan Fielder biography
Nathan Fielder is a comedian, director, and auteur known for his signature deadpan humor and cult television projects. He is the mastermind behind the unscripted reality comedy series Nathan For You as well as The Rehearsal, establishing a reputation for awkward, unscripted comedic formats.
In August 2026, Fielder made a surprise cameo during folk-pop musician Noah Kahan’s concert in Vancouver, British Columbia. Taking the microphone on stage in front of thousands of fans, he deadpanned jokes aimed at Kahan and pitched a surreal adult diaper scheme straight out of his classic television formula.
Fielder made major headlines across the autumn festival circuit in September 2026 with the surprise premiere of a secret documentary project. The feature film, titled You Can See Everything and co-directed by Fielder, made its unannounced debut at the Telluride Film Festival. The covert project focuses on convicted Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, whom Fielder secretly interviewed over several years while she served time in federal prison for fraud.
