The schedule for Reading & Leeds 2026 has officially arrived, giving festivalgoers their first look at how the epic August bank holiday weekend will play out. Running from Thursday, August 27 through Sunday, August 30, the legendary twin-site event is stacked with top-tier talent. This year's massive headlining roster features pop icon Charli XCX, Florence + The Machine, hitmaker RAYE, rap sensation Dave, post-punk powerhouse Fontaines D.C., and electronic giants Chase & Status. Beyond the stellar musical bookings, attendees are stepping into a completely revamped festival site. Organizers are rolling out the most significant staging and arena redesign in the history of the event. Under the dramatic site overhaul, the iconic Main Stage is officially being rebranded as "The Grid." To expand the footprint even further, two brand-new performance zones—dubbed "The Gallery" and "The Warehouse"—are joining the layout to host live sets throughout the weekend.
Who is headlining Reading and Leeds 2026?
The multi-day spectacle features an eclectic mix of genres spanning pop, grime, indie rock, and dance music. Alongside the main headliners, the loaded lineup features grime legend Skepta, chart-topping pop star JADE, indie favorites Declan McKenna and Maisie Peters, and BRIT-nominated singer Holly Humberstone. The billing also showcases high-profile performances from Role Model, Sombr, Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap, Brooklyn band Geese, Skye Newman, Gurriers, Westside Cowboy, Paris Paloma, Overpass, and club veteran Duke Dumont. With acts spread across multiple revamped stages, music fans face plenty of high-stakes set-time clashes over the four-day gathering.

What is the Leeds festival Thursday night lineup?
In a major first for the northern site, Leeds Festival secured special permission to kick off live music on Thursday evening. Rather than waiting until Friday to start the main show, Thursday night campers at Bramham Park get an exclusive pre-weekend concert sequence. UK rock icons Kasabian are set to headline the historic Thursday evening bill in Leeds. Before the indie legends close out the night, rising British guitar bands The Lathums and Arkayla will warm up the crowd. Festival boss Melvin Benn voiced huge enthusiasm for the overhauled setup and expanded programming, noting that the historic changes have brought fresh energy and ambitious new ideas to the long-running British festival staple.
