Skepta biography
Skepta is a UK rap legend and recording artist known for delivering major festival performances and releasing music across rap and house music genres. His energetic live sets often combine musical premieres with visual art and headline-grabbing stage moments.
His discography includes the acclaimed 2019 project Ignorance Is Bliss as well as the house-infused EP project Más Tiempo Vol. 2. His upcoming full-length album, Fork & Knife, serves as the official follow-up to these releases. Although he indicated in April that he was putting the final touches on the record, an official drop date had not yet been confirmed.
At the Reading Festival on August 28, Skepta offered attendees a first listen to Fork & Knife by delivering the world premiere of three brand-new tracks titled "Pandora's Box," "Aloe Vera," and "Innocent Smile." In addition to debuting unreleased music, he created a viral festival moment by bringing two fired security guards onto the stage during his performance.
