TV & film editor

Nina Brooks

Nina Brooks leads BUZZBEAT's television and film coverage: castings, renewals, cancellations, box office and the business decisions sitting behind all of them. She edits the entertainment desk, sets the standard every story on it is held to, and writes the weekly read on what the studios and streamers are actually betting on this season. Her reporting follows a project from the first casting whisper through premiere week and into the numbers that decide whether it comes back. She has covered the industry through the streaming build-out and the contraction that followed, and she is more interested in the spreadsheet than the spin.
