Zedd

Zedd is an electronic dance music producer and DJ recognized for creating energetic remix tracks and beat-driven dance music. The artist works alongside prominent musicians across different musical styles to adapt well-known songs for modern dance floors and global festival audiences.

Recent media focus highlights Zedd's cross-genre collaboration with country-pop superstar Shania Twain. The two artists partnered to deliver an electronic dance remix of Twain's famous 1997 romantic anthem You're Still the One. Zedd's production infuses the original nineties ballad with pounding beats, heavy synth drops, and upbeat club energy while preserving the song's original melody.

The project also integrates visual and interactive elements, pairing the audio release with a surreal music video and a promotional tie-in with the mobile gaming franchise Candy Crush. Twain voiced her strong approval of Zedd's reworked version, noting that taking her classic catalog into an electronic dance universe demonstrates the enduring adaptability of her hit music.
