Beyond his ongoing performance career, Simmons' rock legacy continues through his family. His son, Nick Simmons, partnered with Paul Stanley's son, Evan Stanley, to launch a collaborative musical duo called Stanley Simmons. The duo released preview singles including Body Down and Cellophane leading up to their debut full-length record, Dancing While the World Is Ending.
