Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy is an actor recognized for her television role in Schitt's Creek as well as her recent starring performances in independent feature films.

Murphy stars as Emma, a professional dancer in her early thirties, in the romantic comedy feature All That She Wants opposite Cooper Raiff. The film centers on an unexpected age-gap relationship after Emma realizes she previously babysat her romantic interest, Luke, when he was a child. Directed by Scarlett Bermingham and Andrew Rhymer, the indie movie was presented at the Toronto International Film Festival after undergoing a fast-paced production schedule with strict time constraints.

In major television broadcasts, Murphy appeared at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles to participate in the annual In Memoriam presentation. Reunited on stage with Dan Levy and Macaulay Culkin, who also played on-screen children of the late Catherine O'Hara, Murphy joined her co-stars in sharing personal memories and celebrating O'Hara's enduring comedic legacy.
