Sofia Falcone Shut Out! Cristin Milioti Confirms She Won't Be In 'The Batman Part II'

Sofia Falcone fans, prepare for disappointment. Cristin Milioti has officially poured cold water on rumors that she will pop up in the highly anticipated blockbuster sequel, *The Batman Part II*. Speaking in a recent interview, the Emmy-winning star made it crystal clear that her standout mobster character is sitting out the next chapter of the Gotham City saga. When asked directly if she might make the jump from the small screen to the big-budget feature film, the actor revealed that there is zero probability of a surprise appearance. However, she emphasized that she would leap at the opportunity to return to that gritty universe in a heartbeat if called upon in the future.

Her former co-star Colin Farrell is already locked in to reprise his role as Oswald "The Penguin" Cobblepot for the new movie, which is currently filming. Farrell and Milioti previously shared intense screen time in the hit television spin-off series *The Penguin*, which proved to be a massive ratings smash and earned Milioti widespread praise along with her Emmy win. While Farrell transitions back to feature films to face off against Robert Pattinson's Dark Knight and Paul Dano's Riddler, Milioti's character remains on the sidelines for now. There has been no official announcement regarding a second season for *The Penguin* since the series completed its run in 2024.

The talented actor, who previously made a on hit television shows like *How I Met Your Mother* and *The Sopranos*, is pivoting to a completely different genre for her next on-screen appearance. Milioti will star in the upcoming horror feature titled *Buddy*. The wild new horror movie follows a group of young children who find themselves trapped inside a retro 1990s-style kids television show with no apparent way to escape. Things take a terrifying turn as the show's title character—a giant, fluffy unicorn—goes on a violent and deadly rampage. It might not be the crime-ridden streets of Gotham, but it promises to bring plenty of thrills for the star.
