Shakira and Burna Boy are proving that their World Cup anthem has serious legs long after the final whistle blew. Even though the massive soccer tournament wrapped up over a month ago, "Dai Dai (FIFA World Cup Official Song 2026)" is still holding onto the top spot as the biggest track on the planet. According to Luminate data reported by Billboard, the mega-collaboration earned a sixth non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart. Internationally, the track flexed even harder, capturing its ninth total week at the summit of the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart.
Is Shakira Dai Dai Still Number One On Billboard During the tracking period running August 14 through August 20, "Dai Dai" pulled in 40.3 million global streams alongside 5,000 digital sales. While those figures represent a mild decline—streams fell 9% and sales dropped 18% week-over-week—the anthem maintained enough momentum to keep all competition at bay. Outside the United States, the single registered 34.4 million streams and 3,000 sales. The track initially climbed to the top of the Global Excl. U.S. list in early July before scoring its first No. 1 on the Global 200 chart a few weeks later in mid-July. The persistent success keeps Shakira firmly in the spotlight, coming alongside her recent pledge of $1.25 million to reconstruct schools in Colombia following a devastating earthquake.

What Songs Are Trending On Billboard Global Charts Elsewhere on the countdown, country breakout Ella Langley pushed her hit "Choosin' Texas" back up to its No. 2 peak on the Global 200, matching a historic 19-week reign at No. 1 on the Hot 100 for non-holiday tracks. Meanwhile, Tame Impala saw "Loser" jump from 5 to 3 on the global listing, boosted heavily by its feature placement in *Spider-Man: Brand New Day*. The global charts also saw dance act HUGEL alongside Imael Angel and Ultra Naté enter the Global Excl. U.S. top ten with "Movin' to the Sun." Additionally, girl group KATSEYE scored a major career milestone by landing their first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with *WILD*.
