Reality Crossover! Rob Rausch And Maura Higgins To Host New Peacock Survival Show

Two of the most talked-about stars in modern reality television are officially uniting for a major new streaming project. Fan favorites Rob Rausch and Maura Higgins are stepping into hosting duties for an upcoming celebrity survival competition series on Peacock. The project currently carries the working title *Get Me Out of Here*. Produced by ITV America, the show marks a significant career pivot for both television personalities, who are making the leap from reality contestants to prime-time hosts.

The incoming series will throw a group of well-known celebrities straight into a harsh, dense landscape, forcing them to fight for survival under tough conditions. Instead of dealing with romantic recouplings or strategic voting in comfortable surroundings, the famous contestants will face intense physical and mental obstacles designed to break their resolve. Both hosts bring plenty of unscripted TV experience to the table. Rausch won over viewers during his memorable stints on *Love Island USA* and later put his strategic mind to the test on *The Traitors*. Higgins earned widespread praise following her breakout turn on *Love Island UK*, rapidly transitioning into a sought-after host and media personality across the Atlantic. By pairing Rausch and Higgins together, Peacock is creating an intriguing crossover for unscripted television diehards. Their collective charisma and firsthand knowledge of high-pressure television environments make them a natural fit to guide famous cast members through extreme wilderness trials.

Viewers will need to exercise some patience before watching the pair make their co-hosting debut. Peacock has scheduled *Get Me Out of Here* to premiere sometime in 2027. Although the release date is still a long way off, the order signals Peacock's aggressive push into high-concept unscripted programming. With ITV America at the helm and two of reality TV's sharpest personalities leading the charge, the series is already shaping up to be a headline-grabbing addition to the platform's future reality lineup.
