Subscribers will not have to wait long at all to stream the quick-turnaround project. Netflix has officially scheduled *Instadocs: Decoy Plane* to premiere this Friday, completing an amazingly swift turnaround of roughly fourteen days from the initial news cycle to a finished platform release. Developing and editing a non-fiction release in roughly two weeks represents an extraordinarily fast production timeline for any major streaming service. It demonstrates how aggressive digital networks have become when competing to capture the public's immediate interest during major viral news moments. Rather than relying on traditional multi-year documentary development cycles, platforms are now leaning heavily into rapid-response programming to stay relevant in the fast-moving social media environment.

BUZZBEAT

The main storyline explores the strange sequence of events surrounding the former president's exit strategy from Turkey. When details first surfaced regarding the unconventional travel arrangements, internet users immediately seized on the bizarre image of high-stakes political travel involving a standard food delivery vehicle. By packaging the story under the new "Instadocs" moniker, Netflix appears to be testing a new format focused on real-time pop-culture reporting. This strategy allows the company to function much like a digital newsroom, turning trending headlines directly into full-scale streaming events. With its Friday debut locked in, *Instadocs: Decoy Plane* stands as one of the fastest news-to-screen turnarounds in recent entertainment history, showing that streaming platforms are eager to monetize viral internet moments almost as quickly as they happen.
