Netflix Goes All-In On Podcasts With New Shows From Katt Williams And Harlan Coben

Netflix isn't just dominating your television screen anymore—it wants complete control of your headphones, too. The streaming powerhouse announced a massive slate overhaul that significantly expands its audio presence, bringing in major Hollywood names, comedy legends, and internet fan favorites to bolster its rapidly growing podcasting hub. Leading the high-profile surge are stand-up icon Katt Williams and best-selling suspense novelist Harlan Coben. Both pop-culture juggernauts have signed on to front brand-new original series for the platform, bridging the gap between their famous screen projects and spoken-word media. For Williams, coming off his wildly discussed comedy specials, and Coben, whose gripping thrillers regularly top the streamer's viewing charts, the jump into hosting podcasts marks an exciting new chapter in their lucrative Netflix partnerships.

The massive push isn't just about introducing shiny new talent.
