Neighbourhood Weekender 2027 Lineup Revealed: Rick Astley, Courteeners, And Paul Heaton Set To Perform

Warrington is getting ready for a massive music celebration as Neighbourhood Weekender officially reveals its stacked 2027 lineup. Taking over Victoria Park across the late spring Bank Holiday on May 29 and May 30, 2027, the beloved Cheshire gathering is assembling an impressive roster of indie royalty, pop icons, and dance floor pioneers. The opening day on Saturday, May 29, delivers a heavy-hitting dual headline experience. Former Housemartins and Beautiful South frontman Paul Heaton is set to command the stage, joined once again by special guest vocalist Rianne Downey. Sharing top billing for Saturday evening are South Yorkshire indie favorites The Reytons, guaranteeing an energetic start to the two-day event.

When Sunday arrives, long-standing festival favorites Courteeners will take the spotlight to officially bring the entire weekend to a close. Their headlining set tops off a multi-genre bill packed with seasoned live acts and exciting newer names. Throughout the weekend, festivalgoers will catch sets from guitar favorites The Vaccines, Irish folk-pop outfit Kingfishr, rising indie group The Royston Club, Scottish hitmakers The Fratellis, celebrated vocalist Gabrielle, and acclaimed singer-songwriter Badly Drawn Boy. Adding extra excitement to the festival roster is Warrington native Rick Astley. The global pop star will deliver a special hometown performance on local soil, marking what promises to be one of the weekend's most memorable sets for neighborhood music fans.

Dance culture will also enjoy a historic moment on the Sunday schedule. For the very first time, the festival is introducing a Haçienda Presents stage takeover. The dance segment brings veteran DJ Graeme Park, legendary former resident of the iconic Manchester nightclub, alongside house pioneers K-Klass to deliver nostalgic electronic sets. Music lovers hoping to attend can lock in their passes very soon. Residents living within the WA1 through WA5 postcode zones gain early access through a dedicated local presale starting Wednesday, September 2 at 9:30 AM. General admission passes will then become available to the public on Friday, September 4 at 9:30 AM through the festival's official online platform.
