'Mormon Wives' Shake-Up: Who Is Returning For Season 6 After Filming Pauses And Offscreen Drama?

Hulu is doubling down on Utah's favorite social media group, extending *The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives* all the way through Season 6. Ever since the unscripted series premiered on the streaming platform back in 2024, the antics of the viral #MomTok circle have kept reality TV audiences completely hooked. Yet even as the franchise secures a long future, dramatic off-camera conflicts are creating significant questions about which stars will actually be featured in upcoming episodes. The original ensemble that put the show on the map showcased dynamic couples navigating faith, friendship, and viral internet fame. Viewers were introduced to Jen Affleck alongside husband Zac Affleck, Demi Engemann with husband Bret Engemann, Whitney Leavitt alongside Conner Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews with Jace Terry, and Mayci Neeley alongside Jacob Neeley. The initial roster also featured Jessi Draper, Jordan Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, and headline maker Taylor Frankie Paul beside her then-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. Later in season two, Miranda McWhorter joined the cast following her split from ex-husband Chase McWhorter.

With Season 6 already greenlit by executives, viewers are eager to see how the franchise navigates the absence and legal troubles surrounding key personalities. While several core couples remain attached to the long-running series, the explosive real-world events have guaranteed that the ensemble's group dynamic will be forever altered. Producers have not yet formally announced the complete list of returning cast members for the fifth and sixth installments. However, with heavy controversy continuing to surround both Taylor and Dakota, fans should expect a noticeably revamped lineup when the reality phenomenon eventually returns to screens.
