Inside Kai Trump's Luxe University of Miami College Apartment

Kai Trump is starting her higher education journey with an elevated housing setup. The 18-year-old lifestyle vlogger and high-level student-athlete took to her YouTube channel over the weekend to publish a detailed walkthrough of her new freshman residence near the University of Miami campus. Rather than navigating a standard cinderblock dorm room with twin-XL mattresses and communal floor showers, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump unveiled a sprawling, modern apartment outfitted with high-end finishes.

Kai kicked off her residential vlog in the kitchen, quickly declaring the culinary area her single favorite part of the entire residence due to her major love for snacking and cooking. The chef's corner is styled with bright white countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. Moving past the kitchen island, the camera guided followers into an open-concept living room outfitted with a cozy white couch, a massive flat-screen television, curated wall art, and an electric fireplace framed with glowing LED ambient lights that she singled out as one of the standout features of the floor plan. The apartment layout also offers plenty of utility for a busy student, boasting a dedicated private office space for studying alongside a separate guest bathroom. Kai made sure her personal aesthetic shone through the unit, placing a sentimental framed photograph of herself playing a round of golf with her grandfather, former President Donald Trump, prominently on display.

BUZZBEAT

The walkthrough wrapped up in Kai's primary bedroom suite, which features a spacious ensuite bathroom and a massive walk-in closet designed to fit her everyday fashion and collegiate athletic gear. After giving fans a final look at her private sanctuary, the incoming college student acknowledged how special her current living arrangement is, candidly telling her audience that she considers herself remarkably fortunate to live in such a beautiful space. Kai officially relocated to Coral Gables this fall after committing to play for the University of Miami Hurricanes golf program. Her latest video upload quickly pulled in thousands of views, fitting right into the viral internet trend of celebrity offspring and student influencers showing off their lavish off-campus college housing.
