HARRIET'S FARM! 'Clarkson’s Farm' Breakout Harriet Cowan Drops £1.7M On Her Own 100-Acre Property

Harriet Cowan is officially branching out on her own. The breakout star who stole scenes on the hit series *Clarkson's Farm* has leveled up her rural lifestyle in a massive way, dropping an impressive £1.7 million on her very own sprawling countryside estate. The significant real estate acquisition features a stunning farmhouse located in rural Derbyshire, complete with 100 acres of prime livestock grazing land. Cowan isn't tackling the ambitious new project alone, either. She is scheduled to move into the residence this autumn alongside her partner, fellow farmer James Booth, as the duo prepares to begin their next major chapter together.

Viewers quickly fell for Cowan during her television appearances on the hit series, where her hands-on expertise and down-to-earth persona made her an instant favorite among fans. Now, her leap from screen favorite to proud owner of a multi-million-pound farm proves that her passion for working the land extends far beyond her famous television appearances. The massive Derbyshire plot provides ideal conditions for a thriving agricultural setup. Possessing 100 acres of top-quality grazing fields gives the couple plenty of scope to build out their livestock efforts as they settle into the expansive space later in the year.

Booth, who works right alongside Cowan in the farming world, will join her in making the big move as autumn approaches. The couple's joint venture highlights their shared commitment to traditional farming, turning their professional experience into a long-term personal investment. As fans continue to track the ongoing highlights of rural life made famous on screen, Cowan's impressive property milestone solidifies her status as a genuine force in British agriculture. Buying her own dedicated farmland marks a huge victory for one of television's brightest new breakout personalities.
