Fontaines D.C. are officially taking their meteoric rise to historic heights. The Dublin-born indie heavyweights have revealed plans for a monumental headline performance at Ireland's legendary Slane Castle, locked in for June 26, 2027. To elevate the summer spectacle even further, powerhouse vocalist Hayley Williams will grace the stage as a featured special guest. The stacked lineup will also highlight beloved Irish artist Damien Dempsey alongside Madra Salach, making the outdoor extravaganza one of the most anticipated live events on the horizon.

The band cleverly teased the massive news during their headlining appearance at Electric Picnic in County Laois. As their festival set wrapped up, the phrase "Slane 2027" flashed across the massive stage screens, sending the crowd into a frenzy. The announcement capped off a relentless summer victory lap for the group, which also included a landmark performance at the Reading & Leeds festivals. Landing a headline slot at County Meath's historic Slane Castle cements the band's standing among the biggest live acts in modern rock. The iconic natural amphitheater boasts an immense capacity of 80,000 concertgoers and has hosted world-class talent for more than 45 years.
