Alex Cooper Drops 'Unwell Summer Games' With Reality Stars And Influencers

Alex Cooper is expanding her digital empire once again. The *Call Her Daddy* star's company, Unwell, is gearing up to launch *Unwell Summer Games* on YouTube, bringing a brand-new lineup of internet celebrities and reality TV favorites together for a high-energy seasonal showdown. The upcoming competition series is officially set to premiere on September 7. The project serves as a direct follow-up to the network's previous athletic event, *Unwell Winter Games*, which debuted earlier in the year. Industry veteran Eric Detwiler is attached as an executive producer on the show, helping steer Unwell's continued push into original video programming.

The new series is designed to build on the competitive format established during the winter iteration. Rather than sticking strictly to audio production, Cooper's media outfit has been steadily branching out into video formats, unscripted concepts, and event-driven digital shows. *Unwell Summer Games* places personalities into campy, reality-style events crafted specifically to capture the attention of YouTube's massive audience. By shifting the backdrop to sunny, warm-weather activities, the show aims to generate plenty of viral moments across social media feeds.
