Shane Gillis

Shane Gillis is a stand-up comedian, actor, and television creator who has established a prominent presence across streaming television and comedy podcasts. He is best known for co-creating and starring in the workplace comedy series Tires, which streams on Netflix, as well as appearing on high-profile roundtable podcast broadcasts.

Gillis co-created Tires alongside his longtime creative partners John McKeever and Steve Gerben. Set around the day-to-day operations and absurd mishaps at a Valley Forge auto shop, the series earned a swift fourth-season renewal from Netflix just weeks after its third season debuted. Reports indicate the streaming platform extended its deal with the creative team to solidify Gillis's comedic voice on their service.

In addition to his sitcom work, Gillis frequently appears as a guest on podcast programs, including recurring Protect Our Parks roundtable discussions on The Joe Rogan Experience alongside fellow stand-up comedians Mark Normand and Ari Shaffir. During these studio sessions, Gillis has engaged in broad discussions spanning live music preferences and contemporary cultural topics.
