The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, also referred to as RHOSLC, is an ensemble reality television series broadcast on Bravo. Set against the snowy peaks of Utah, the hit reality franchise focuses on a group of prominent women navigating intense feuds, interpersonal drama, and significant personal milestones.

Coverage of the series highlights several emotional personal developments among its featured cast members. Cast member Angie Katsanevas opened up about adjusting to single life following her unexpected summer separation from her husband, Shawn Katsanevas. Veteran cast member Mary Cosby allowed cameras to document her grief during the Season 7 premiere after her 23-year-old son, Robert Cosby Jr., passed away from an accidental drug overdose shortly before production resumed.

The franchise has also drawn significant public attention due to high-profile legal sagas involving former cast members. Former star Jen Shah completed a federal prison sentence following a guilty plea to conspiracy charges stemming from a nationwide telemarketing scheme, subsequently making her first public appearances after completing her time in federal custody.
