Olivia Dean biography
Olivia Dean is a British soul and pop singer-songwriter who has established herself as a prominent global recording artist and headlining performer.
Dean achieved historic chart success through her duet with Sam Fender, "Rein Me In," which shattered the all-time record for the longest-running number one single in U.K. chart history by remaining atop the ranking for 23 non-consecutive weeks. She has also built a presence in North America, landing Billboard Hot 100 entries with singles such as "Man I Need" and "So Easy (To Fall In Love)." Her industry accolades include winning four BRIT Awards as well as the Best New Artist title at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Her live concert footprint has grown rapidly, transitioning from opening for Sabrina Carpenter to headlining four sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden during her The Art of Loving Live tour. Beyond her solo concert dates, Dean's music has been featured on film soundtracks including Sunny Dancer, and she was booked as a primary headliner for Lollapalooza India 2027 in Mumbai.
- Coverage highlights Olivia Dean's swift escalation from opening act to major arena headliner in less than a year.
- Her historic chart dominance in Great Britain contrasts with a more gradual commercial entry into North American listings, reflecting distinct streaming trends across territories.
- Her bookings at global festivals and inclusion on feature soundtracks reflect her growing presence across live and screen mediums.
