Marshals is a hit CBS procedural drama series featuring actor Luke Grimes in the lead role of central lawman Kayce Dutton. Developed as a spinoff within Taylor Sheridan's sprawling Yellowstone universe, the television series follows Dutton's life after the flagship Western drama concluded its broadcast run in 2024.

The debut season shocked viewers by establishing a tragic turn for the central family, revealing that Kayce's wife, Monica, had passed away off-screen prior to the spinoff's events.
