Justin Baldoni is an actor and director who co-starred in and directed the feature film adaptation of It Ends With Us. Outside of his film work, Baldoni has been spotted out in public with figures such as Taraji P. Henson during European trips.

Baldoni became central to a major Hollywood legal battle and public relations dispute with Blake Lively stemming from their work on It Ends With Us. Court documents from a July 2025 deposition revealed that Lively's publicist desperately attempted to retrieve text message communications regarding Baldoni to submit as evidence in her now-dismissed lawsuit against him. Public relations tactics tied to the feud also surfaced in separate legal filings involving other industry figures.

In August 2026, a court ruling ordered Baldoni to cover $400,000 worth of Lively's legal expenses and court costs. Baldoni's legal representative responded by stating that while he considered the overall outcome of the lawsuit a genuine win for Baldoni, he was dissatisfied with how the judge applied governing law to calculate the legal fees.
