Hailey Bills is a professional dancer best known for her appearances on the reality competition series Dancing With the Stars. Recognized for her natural rhythm, competitive drive, and high-octane performance energy, she comes from a ballroom background and is the niece of long-time fan-favorite professional Jenna Johnson.

Bills first cut her teeth on television in 2018 as a junior dancer on the short-lived spinoff Dancing With the Stars: Juniors. Years later, she made her official debut on the flagship adult series during Season 34 in 2025. During her initial stint on the show, she served as a background troupe member, executing group numbers and supporting celebrity routines from the sidelines.
