Below Deck

Below Deck is a hit reality television franchise airing on Bravo that follows crew members working aboard luxury yachts. The unscripted franchise includes spin-off series such as Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck Adventure, showcasing the personal lives, romantic connections, and workplace conflicts of its cast members at sea.

Recent public attention surrounding the franchise has focused heavily on off-camera legal issues and personal disputes involving former and current deckhands. Cast member Nathan Gallagher faced legal troubles in both Ireland, where an arrest warrant was issued after he missed court for an alleged 2022 assault, and Australia, where he was arrested on domestic violence charges. Following Gallagher's arrest, his co-star and former partner Gael Cameron publicly addressed their painful breakup and her recovery.

Other franchise alumni have also made news outside of yacht operations. Former Below Deck Adventure deckhand Kyle Dickard was arrested after running onto a soccer field during a live match, while crew member Fraser Olender earned recognition within the reality television community through a nomination for Hot-Tea of the Year at the 2026 Virtual Reali-Tea Awards.
