Alesha Dixon

Alesha Dixon is a British entertainment personality and television presenter who leads major primetime television broadcasts. She was officially appointed as a co-host for the long-running ITV vocal talent search The Voice UK, joining the program as part of a dramatic network shakeup aimed at revitalizing weekend television.

Media reports first identified Dixon alongside Stacey Solomon as candidates to take over hosting responsibilities after veteran presenter Emma Willis announced her departure. Willis, who had anchored the singing series for over a decade starting in 2014, left her long-standing post to take on the hosting role for Strictly Come Dancing, creating a prominent stage opening.

Network officials locked in Dixon and Solomon as an official co-hosting double act to anchor the updated era of the competition. The hosting transition aligns with broader format modifications across the series, which also introduced a revamped coaching panel featuring singer Cheryl and Manchester rapper Aitch as camera crews began filming the new series.
