10 Things i Hate About You

10 Things I Hate About You is an iconic 1999 romantic comedy film and late-1990s teen classic. The feature film originally launched lead performers Julia Stiles and the late Heath Ledger to mainstream Hollywood stardom, while also featuring veteran actor David Krumholtz in one of his most memorable early screen roles.

Decades after its initial theatrical release, the film continues to maintain a vibrant presence across pop-culture and entertainment news. Original cast members consistently make major headlines for their subsequent projects, including Stiles competing on reality television and Krumholtz stepping away from performing to pursue a higher calling.

The beloved late-90s story is officially expanding to the theatrical world through a new stage musical adaptation currently in development for Broadway. Writer Lena Dunham and playwright Jessica Huang are co-writing the production's book, while hit pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen and musician Ethan Gruska are crafting the musical score and lyrics.
