Los Angeles has officially been overtaken by K-pop fever as KCON LA 2026 takes over the city. The massive annual festival launched its main programming on Friday, August 14, bringing thousands of fans to the Los Angeles Convention Center and the neighboring Arena. While the official convention kicked off right before the weekend, Southern California had already been running on full K-pop energy for several days prior. Event producer CJ ENM designed this year’s convention around the central concept “Walk in SOUL CITY,” a creative play on South Korea’s iconic capital city. The HYBE America event brought out an impressive lineup from the label's international artist roster. Boy groups &TEAM and Santos Bravos made appearances alongside pre-debut girl group SAINT SATINE. Cast members from the upcoming feature film *K-Pop: The Debut*, including Eric Nam and Ji-young Yoo, were also spotted mingling at the bash.
